Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, KPIs and profitability metrics through team coaching and performance management.
  • Lead daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, visual merchandising and inventory control.
  • Coach, hire and develop sales associates; deliver regular feedback, conduct performance reviews and maintain high standards of client service.
  • Implement brand merchandising standards and execute store-level marketing and promotional activities to maximize conversion and average transaction value.
  • Monitor stock levels, oversee receiving and replenishment processes, and collaborate on loss-prevention measures and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate administrative records including staff schedules, sales reports and payroll inputs.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory or assistant management experience in luxury, premium or specialty retail.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop sales teams to meet or exceed store targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs such as sales, conversion and average transaction value.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.
  • Authorization to work in the United States (if applicable to location).

Experience
