Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in executing daily store operations to achieve sales targets, operational KPIs and exceptional customer service.
- Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to deliver personalised client experiences and elevate average transaction value.
- Oversee visual merchandising and presentation to maintain brand standards and seasonal floor sets.
- Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, transfers, cycle counts and shrinkage prevention.
- Drive recruitment, onboarding and development of store team members; conduct performance reviews and create individual development plans.
- Prepare and analyse daily/weekly sales and labour reports, recommending corrective actions to optimise performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, cash handling procedures and loss-prevention protocols.
- Coordinate store scheduling, payroll controls and ensure coverage for peak trading periods and events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' supervisory or assistant manager experience in retail, preferably within premium or luxury brands.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and coaching teams to high-performance.
- Strong leadership with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrable ability to manage inventory and execute visual merchandising standards.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak holiday periods.
- Legal right to work in the country of employment.

Experience
At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a retail environment, with measurable achievements in sales growth, team development and operational oversight; luxury or premium brand experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or related field preferred.
