Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving weekly and monthly sales targets through active floor leadership and strategic clienteling.
- Drive client acquisition, retention and VIP program engagement by coaching the team on personalized service and follow-up best practices.
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS reconciliation and visual standards adherence.

- Enforce loss-prevention policies and health & safety protocols, investigating incidents and implementing corrective measures.
- Collaborate with District/Regional management on local marketing initiatives, events and community outreach to increase store traffic.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in a luxury or premium retail environment, with demonstrable results against sales KPIs.
- Strong leadership and people-development capability; experience recruiting, coaching and managing diverse retail teams.
- Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to analyze daily sales metrics and translate insights into actionable plans.
- High standards for visual merchandising, client service and operational compliance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays as required by retail operations.
