Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, conversion metrics and other store KPIs through daily leadership and targeted coaching.
  • Supervise, train and develop retail sales associates to deliver elevated clienteling, personalized service and sustained sales performance.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain compelling store presentation, ensuring product floor-set, signage and housekeeping meet brand guidelines.
  • Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, transfers, stock counts and shrinkage prevention; enforce loss-prevention procedures.
  • Oversee store operations: opening/closing, cash handling, scheduling, payroll input and adherence to company policies and local regulations.
  • Handle escalated client enquiries and complex service recovery to preserve brand reputation and long-term customer relationships.
  • Contribute to local marketing initiatives, events and store-level CRM activity to drive traffic and client acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in retail (preferably 2+ years), with a demonstrated record of coaching teams to achieve sales results.
  • Experience in luxury or premium fashion retail preferred, with understanding of elevated client service and clienteling techniques.
  • Strong retail math skills including sales forecasting, KPI analysis and basic P&L awareness.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays; valid authorization to work in the hiring country.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management or fashion is preferred.

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or diploma in business, retail management, or fashion preferred.
