Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving and exceeding sales targets through daily coaching, floor leadership and execution of commercial strategies.
  • Lead, develop and motivate sales teams via performance management, one-to-one coaching, and on-the-job training to deliver an exceptional luxury client experience.
  • Oversee operational excellence including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS reconciliation, inventory accuracy, stock replenishment and shrinkage prevention.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and seasonal floor moves to uphold brand presentation and maximize sell-through.
  • Drive clienteling and CRM activities — build and maintain high-value client relationships, manage client data and follow-up to increase retention and conversion.
  • Manage staff scheduling, labour control and task delegation to ensure an efficient, compliant and customer-focused store environment.
  • Act as brand ambassador on the shop floor, resolving client escalations and ensuring service recovery aligns with brand expectations.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail supervisory or assistant management experience in a premium or luxury brand environment.
  • Demonstrable leadership and people-development capability with a track record of coaching to sales targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen, numeracy and familiarity with retail KPI monitoring (sales per hour, conversion, average transaction value).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to represent the brand with discretion and professionalism.
  • Availability for flexible retail hours including weekends, evenings and seasonal peaks; legal authorization to work in the hiring country.
