Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and store KPIs through daily leadership, coaching and active selling.
  • Drive exceptional clienteling and personalized service to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Lead, mentor and develop sales associates; manage scheduling, performance feedback and coaching plans.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards, seasonal floor sets and brand presentation are executed consistently.
  • Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving processes and cycle counts to minimise shrink.
  • Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS reconciliation and adherence to loss-prevention policies.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members to maintain service and operational excellence.
  • Prepare and deliver concise operational reports, communicate local market intelligence and escalate issues to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in retail sales with demonstrable achievement against targets; experience in premium or luxury retail preferred.
  • Prior supervisory or team-lead experience within a store environment, with the ability to coach and develop staff.
  • Strong customer-service orientation and aptitude for relationship-based selling (clienteling).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence at all levels.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
