Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in daily store operations to deliver sales targets, margin and operational KPIs.
- Lead, coach and develop sales associates to elevate clienteling, customer service and product knowledge.
- Drive the boutique’s visual merchandising standards and ensure brand presentation aligns with company directives.
- Oversee inventory control, cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures to protect stock and profitability.
- Manage staffing, scheduling and shift coverage to ensure optimum service levels during peak trading hours.
- Analyse sales performance and prepare actionable plans to increase conversion, average transaction value and client retention.
- Act as store lead in the manager’s absence and liaise with district/regional management on execution and escalation.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within luxury, premium accessories or apparel segments.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and coaching teams to meet KPIs.
- Strong customer service orientation with advanced clienteling and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to organise and prioritise operational tasks, including inventory and merchandising activities.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.

Experience
Typically 2+ years in a supervisory or assistant management role within retail, preferably with experience in luxury or premium brands and a record of driving team performance and sales growth.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
