Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs through proactive store leadership and daily operational oversight.
- Coach, mentor and schedule sales associates to deliver exceptional clienteling, product knowledge and customer service consistent with brand standards.
- Drive visual merchandising standards, maintain floor sets and ensure presentation aligns with seasonal directives and brand imagery.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving and cycle counts to minimise loss and maintain product availability.
- Execute daily administrative tasks including cash handling, POS reconciliation, sales reporting and adherence to company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
- Act as acting store manager in the manager’s absence, handling escalated client issues and team performance management.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership capability in a retail environment with a focus on driving sales and developing frontline teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse sales metrics and translate them into actionable plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and clienteling skills suitable for a luxury retail clientele.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including nights, weekends and peak trading periods.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.

Experience
Typically 3+ years in retail with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role; experience within luxury or premium fashion brands strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, fashion or a related field preferred.
