Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and store KPIs through daily leadership, coaching and hands-on selling.

  • Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, payroll administration and staff scheduling.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and product presentation adhere to brand standards and promoted seasonal directives.
  • Manage inventory control, replenishment processes and loss-prevention activities to protect margin and stock integrity.
  • Resolve customer escalations with professionalism, safeguarding the brand experience and customer retention.
  • Drive local marketing and clienteling initiatives, including outreach, events and personalized service to high-value clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in luxury or premium retail (typically 2+ years in an assistant manager or senior sales role).
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing KPIs.
  • Strong people-management skills with experience coaching, scheduling and performance management.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to represent a luxury brand in client-facing situations.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by retail hours.

Experience
