Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, store KPIs and profitability goals through active selling and leadership.
  • Coach, motivate and develop sales associates; oversee performance management, training and daily team briefings.
  • Deliver exceptional, personalized clienteling and aftercare to cultivate loyalty among high-value customers.
  • Manage visual merchandising and product presentation to maintain brand standards and drive conversion.
  • Oversee inventory control processes, stock replenishment, receiving, and cycle counts to minimise shrink.
  • Create accurate staff schedules, authorise timekeeping, and ensure compliance with labour policies.
  • Lead loss-prevention and safety initiatives; investigate incidents and maintain store security procedures.
  • Prepare and review daily/weekly sales and operational reports; escalate trends and action plans to district leadership.
  • Drive store-level operational excellence including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and POS reconciliations.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership ability with strong people-management and coaching skills.
  • Commercially driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong clienteling aptitude and a polished, service-oriented approach appropriate for luxury retail.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and inventory control.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays; ability to travel occasionally if required.
