Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
- Drive sales and profitability by achieving store sales goals.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing store staff.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Oversee inventory management and loss prevention strategies.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury or fashion environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience
A minimum of 2 years in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury or fashion sector.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
