Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in leading and managing all aspects of store operations.
- Drive sales performance and ensure the achievement of store sales targets.
- Supervise and mentor store staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance store presentation.
- Support the Store Manager in executing marketing and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury or fashion sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop strategies to improve performance.

Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
