Coach is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Mirabel, Quebec to drive sales, lead teams, and deliver exceptional luxury retail experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets through forecasting, category planning, and KPI monitoring; adjust strategies based on market performance and inventory levels
  • Create and maintain an inclusive, high-energy retail environment that exemplifies Coach's service standards; resolve customer concerns promptly and serve as a brand ambassador in-store and within the community
  • Recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop sales associates; foster a collaborative culture and build a strong talent pipeline aligned with Coach's brand vision and values
  • Execute omni-channel initiatives including virtual shopping support, clienteling programs, and customer data acquisition; leverage digital and social media trends to enhance customer engagement
  • Oversee operational compliance including scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, visual merchandising standards, store safety, and vendor relationship management
  • Collaborate with district and corporate leadership to interpret market trends, refine store strategies, and execute cross-functional initiatives; communicate insights and performance data to support organizational objectives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury fashion background strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to exceed performance standards consistently
  • Excellent customer service orientation combined with proficiency in fast-paced, high-volume retail environments
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems; knowledge of omni-channel services and clienteling strategies
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally; capable of climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering sales floor and stockroom areas

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 27 to CAD 32 per hour.
