Coach Assistant Store Manager position in Millbury, Massachusetts. Lead sales, operations, and team development in a luxury fashion retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and category strategy by supporting the Store Manager in forecasting, planning, and implementing initiatives while monitoring KPIs and adjusting tactics accordingly
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences that align with Coach Service standards; resolve customer issues promptly and act as a brand ambassador within the store and community
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop team members; foster a collaborative culture and build a strong talent pipeline aligned with brand vision
- Execute omni-channel and digital engagement strategies, including virtual shopping, clienteling, customer data acquisition, and leveraging social media trends
- Ensure operational excellence through compliance with policies, scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, visual merchandising standards, store safety, and vendor management
- Collaborate with district and corporate leadership to interpret market trends, shape store strategy, and drive cross-functional initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or service industries
- Luxury or fashion retail background preferred
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to exceed performance standards
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems
- Knowledge of omni-channel services and clienteling strategies
- Physical ability to lift 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or service industries, with luxury or fashion background strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or retail certification is a plus but not required.

The successful candidate will be located in Millbury, Massachusetts, USA, with easy access to Boston.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18.50 to USD 38.25 per hour.
