Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets through forecasting, planning, and executing category initiatives; monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies based on market insights
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Coach service standards; create an inclusive, high-energy retail environment and resolve customer issues with efficiency and professionalism
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor team members; foster a collaborative culture, develop staff capabilities, and build a strong talent pipeline reflective of brand values
- Execute omni-channel and digital engagement strategies, including virtual shopping support, clienteling, and customer data acquisition; leverage social media trends to enhance the overall customer experience
- Oversee operational compliance with company policies, scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, and visual merchandising standards; maintain store safety and manage vendor relationships
- Collaborate with district and corporate leadership to interpret market trends, shape store strategies, and contribute insights to cross-functional initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or service industries
- Luxury or fashion retail background preferred
- Strong customer focus with ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-traffic retail environments
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to exceed performance standards
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of omni-channel services and clienteling strategies
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; comfortable climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering the sales floor and stockroom

Experience
1+ years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury or fashion background preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management education or certification preferred but not required.
