Coach is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Miami, FL (Dolphin Mall) to lead sales, operations and team development at its retail location.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager to achieve sales targets through forecasting, category planning and KPI monitoring, adjusting tactics to optimize performance.
  • Lead by example on the sales floor to deliver Coach service standards and exceptional client experiences; act as an in-store brand ambassador.
  • Recruit, onboard, coach and develop sales associates; build a high-performing, collaborative team and a sustainable talent pipeline.
  • Drive omni-channel initiatives including virtual shopping, clienteling, and customer data acquisition to enhance digital and in-store conversion.
  • Ensure operational excellence across scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, visual merchandising and vendor relationships.
  • Interpret local market and customer trends, share insights with district and corporate teams, and contribute to cross-functional projects and store strategy.
  • Maintain store safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury/fashion retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to inspire, motivate and coach teams to exceed performance expectations.
  • Strong customer focus with demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems; working knowledge of omni-channel services and clienteling strategies.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
