Coach seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Merrimack, NH to lead sales, team development and omni‑channel retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving and exceeding sales targets through forecasting, planning and execution of category initiatives; monitor KPIs and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Deliver exemplary customer service and act as a brand ambassador in-store and within the local community, resolving client issues promptly and maintaining Coach service standards.
- Recruit, onboard, coach and develop store team members; foster a collaborative culture and build a strong talent pipeline aligned with the brand vision.
- Operate and promote omni‑channel services including virtual shopping, clienteling and customer data acquisition to drive conversion and lifetime value.
- Manage operational disciplines: scheduling, payroll, HR processes, compliance, loss prevention, vendor relationships and visual merchandising standards to ensure store readiness and safety.
- Collaborate with district and corporate leadership to interpret market trends, contribute store-level insights and support cross-functional initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury or fashion retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate and develop teams to exceed performance expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail systems; working knowledge of omni‑channel services and clienteling strategies.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally).
Skills
Experience
At least one year of frontline leadership experience within retail or customer service environments; prior exposure to luxury or fashion retail is preferred and will be considered favourably.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18.50 to USD 31.50 per hour.
