Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in delivering sales targets through forecasting, category planning and KPI monitoring; adapt strategies to market and traffic patterns.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems; working knowledge of omni-channel services and clienteling strategies.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, public holidays and peak retail periods.
- Strong English language proficiency.

At least 1 year of supervisory or managerial experience in retail or a service environment; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail is preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and developing store teams.
