Coach Assistant Store Manager in Lutz, Florida—lead retail operations, drive sales, and develop talent at a global luxury fashion house.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with Store Manager to achieve sales forecasts, KPIs, and strategic category initiatives; monitor performance and adjust tactics accordingly
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences aligned with Coach service standards; resolve customer issues promptly and act as a brand ambassador in the community
- Recruit, onboard, and develop team members; foster a collaborative culture and build a strong talent pipeline aligned with brand vision
- Support omni-channel and digital engagement initiatives, including virtual shopping, clienteling, customer data acquisition, and social media trends
- Oversee operational compliance including scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, visual merchandising standards, store safety, and vendor relationships
- Collaborate with district and corporate leadership to interpret market trends, shape store strategy, and drive cross-functional projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or service industries
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to exceed performance standards
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of omni-channel services and clienteling strategies
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
