Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in meeting and exceeding sales targets through forecasting, daily KPI monitoring and implementation of category and promotional initiatives.
- Lead by example on the sales floor to deliver Coach service standards and high-touch client experiences, resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Recruit, onboard, coach and develop store staff; build a high-performing, collaborative team and maintain a talent pipeline aligned to brand needs.
- Drive omni-channel engagement including virtual shopping, clienteling, customer data capture and social-media-informed customer outreach.
- Ensure operational excellence across scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, vendor relations and adherence to visual merchandising directives.
- Collaborate with district and corporate partners to translate market trends into local store strategies and to support cross-functional projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury/fashion retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to exceed performance standards and KPIs.
- Strong customer focus with demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail point-of-sale/management systems; familiarity with omni-channel and clienteling tools.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Capacity to perform physical tasks regularly (lift at least 25 lbs; occasional lifts up to 50 lbs; climbing, bending, kneeling).
Skills
Experience
At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience in a retail or service environment; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and developing retail teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management or a related field preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
