Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales results through employee development and mentorship.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies across all categories.
  • Ensure operational efficiencies and adherence to Coach standards.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to drive loyalty and business.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Manage daily operational tasks including payroll, HR, and loss prevention.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent in collaboration with the Store Manager.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office and retail systems.

Skills

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to adapt to various roles within the store environment. Customer-focused with a drive for results. Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.

Experience

1 to 3 years of previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
