Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
- Drive sales performance and meet sales goals through effective team leadership.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of store presentation.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing store staff.
- Implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure stock replenishment.
- Oversee store financials, including budgeting and expense management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, with a focus on luxury brands preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
