Coach Assistant Store Manager in Lone Tree, Colorado—lead sales, operations, and team development at luxury retail location.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance and strategy implementation through forecasting, category planning, and KPI monitoring
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve service issues while acting as a brand ambassador
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop team members to exceed performance standards and build a strong talent pipeline
  • Support omni-channel initiatives including virtual shopping, clienteling, and social media engagement
  • Oversee compliance with policies, scheduling, payroll, loss prevention, and visual merchandising standards
  • Maintain store safety, vendor relationships, and operational excellence across all functions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or service industries
  • Luxury or fashion background preferred
  • Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to exceed performance standards
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally) and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
