Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Support in achieving sales targets and store profitability through effective management and motivation of the sales team.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Facilitate staff training and development to enhance team performance and customer service.
- Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment to optimize sales opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury fashion sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role is required, with a preference for experience in luxury fashion.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
