Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Support in achieving sales targets and store profitability through effective management and motivation of the sales team.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising in alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  • Facilitate staff training and development to enhance team performance and customer service.
  • Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment to optimize sales opportunities.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury fashion sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role is required, with a preference for experience in luxury fashion.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
