Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, margin and KPI objectives through proactive floor leadership and coaching.
  • Coach, motivate and develop sales advisors to deliver elevated clienteling and personalized customer service consistent with the brand standard.
  • Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS transactions and reconciliations.
  • Implement visual merchandising directives and maintain boutique standards to maximise product presentation and conversion.
  • Manage inventory control processes, stock replenishment, markdowns and cycle counts to minimise shrinkage.
  • Contribute to local marketing and CRM initiatives, building client files and executing retention activities.
  • Act as the primary on-site leader in the absence of the Store Manager, handling escalations and operational decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, loss-prevention protocols and health & safety requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail sales within a premium or luxury brand environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience coaching and managing a small team.
  • Strong commercial acumen with an ability to read sales reports and act on KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-centric approach to build lasting relationships.
  • High integrity in cash handling and inventory management; familiarity with loss-prevention best practices.

Experience
