Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their performance and productivity.
- Ensure operational efficiencies and adherence to Coach's standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador to drive customer loyalty and business growth.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Manage daily store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent in partnership with the Store Manager.
- Maintain store aesthetics and safety in collaboration with corporate office.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail systems.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and market competition.
