Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
- Drive sales and profitability through effective leadership and customer service.
- Ensure the store meets and exceeds performance standards and sales targets.
- Assist in recruitment, training, and development of store staff.

Qualifications

Experience
A minimum of 2 years in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
