Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager in achieving sales forecasts and performance targets through category planning and KPI monitoring
- Lead sales floor operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with Coach Service standards
- Recruit, onboard, and develop team members; foster collaborative culture and build talent pipeline
- Execute omni-channel strategies including virtual shopping, clienteling, and customer data acquisition
- Oversee compliance with policies, scheduling, payroll, loss prevention, and visual merchandising standards
- Maintain store safety, vendor relationships, and operational excellence across all store functions
- Collaborate with district and corporate leadership to interpret market trends and drive strategic initiatives
- Resolve customer issues promptly and act as brand ambassador in-store and community
- Leverage social media trends and digital tools to enhance customer engagement
Qualifications
- 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or service industries
- Strong customer focus and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to exceed performance standards
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of omni-channel services and clienteling strategies
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
Skills
Experience
1+ years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury or fashion retail background preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant retail management training or certification preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Glendale, Arizona, USA, with easy access to Phoenix.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18.50 to USD 31.50 per hour.
