Role & Responsibilities

  • Support Store Manager in achieving sales goals through forecasting, planning, and implementing category initiatives; monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Create an inclusive, high-energy retail environment that upholds Coach service standards; resolve customer issues promptly and act as brand ambassador in-store and community settings
  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop retail team members; foster collaborative culture and build talent pipeline aligned with brand vision
  • Support virtual shopping, clienteling initiatives, and customer data acquisition; leverage social media trends and omni-channel services to enhance customer engagement
  • Oversee store compliance with policies, scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, and visual merchandising standards; maintain store safety and vendor relationships
  • Collaborate with district and corporate leadership to interpret market trends, shape store strategies, and drive cross-functional projects

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or service industries
