Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales performance and implement category initiatives while monitoring key performance indicators and adjusting strategies as needed
  • Create and maintain an inclusive, high-energy environment that meets Coach service standards and act as a brand ambassador within the store and community
  • Recruit, onboard, mentor, and coach team members to foster a collaborative culture and build a strong talent pipeline aligned with brand vision
  • Support omni-channel engagement initiatives including virtual shopping, clienteling programs, and customer data acquisition while leveraging social media trends
  • Oversee operational compliance including scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, visual merchandising standards, store safety, and vendor relationships
  • Collaborate with district and corporate leadership to interpret market trends, shape store strategies, and drive cross-functional projects

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or service industries
  • Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to exceed performance standards
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems
  • Knowledge of omni-channel services and clienteling strategies
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Experience
