Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the retail store.
- Drive sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Support the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's brand image.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase store traffic.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management position is required.
Education
