Role & Responsibilities

  • Support Store Manager in achieving sales goals through forecasting, planning, and implementing category initiatives while monitoring key performance indicators and adjusting strategies as needed
  • Create an inclusive, high-energy environment that upholds Coach service standards, resolve customer issues promptly, and serve as a brand ambassador both in-store and within the community
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor team members to foster a collaborative culture and build a strong talent pipeline aligned with brand vision and performance expectations
