Role & Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales goals through forecasting, planning, and implementing category initiatives while monitoring key performance indicators and adjusting strategies as needed
• Create an inclusive, high-energy environment that upholds Coach service standards, resolve customer issues promptly, and serve as a brand ambassador both in-store and within the community
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor team members to foster a collaborative culture and build a strong talent pipeline aligned with brand vision and performance expectations
• Support virtual shopping, clienteling, and customer data acquisition initiatives; leverage social media trends and omni-channel services to enhance the customer experience
• Oversee compliance with company policies, scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention protocols, and visual merchandising standards while maintaining store safety and vendor relationships
• Partner with district and corporate leadership to interpret market trends, develop store strategies, and drive cross-functional projects that deliver business results

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or service industries
• Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to exceed performance standards
• Strong customer focus with demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail point-of-sale systems
• Knowledge of omni-channel services, clienteling strategies, and digital retail engagement
• Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
