Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets through forecasting, planning and execution of product and category initiatives; monitor KPIs and adapt strategies to maximise store performance.
  • Lead by example on the sales floor to deliver Coach service standards; resolve customer issues, act as a brand ambassador and cultivate long-term client relationships through clienteling and digital engagement.
  • Recruit, onboard and develop store team members; coach to elevate individual performance and build a sustainable talent pipeline aligned with brand values.
  • Drive omni-channel initiatives including virtual shopping, clienteling, customer data acquisition and social media-led engagement to enhance the customer journey.
  • Oversee store operations: scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, vendor relationships and adherence to visual merchandising and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with district and corporate partners to interpret market trends, share store-level insights and support cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury/fashion background preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Demonstrable track record of coaching teams to exceed sales and service objectives.
  • Strong customer focus with excellent communication, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems; familiarity with omni-channel services and clienteling strategies.
  • Ability to lift regularly 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience

At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience in retail or a customer-facing service environment; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail is preferred.

Education
