Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets through forecasting, planning and execution of category and store initiatives; monitor KPIs and adjust store-level strategies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and act as an in-store brand ambassador; resolve client issues promptly and uphold Coach service standards.
- Recruit, onboard, coach and develop store team members to build a high-performing, collaborative talent pipeline aligned with brand expectations.
- Drive omni-channel engagement by supporting virtual shopping, clienteling efforts and customer data acquisition; leverage social media trends to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure operational excellence across scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, vendor relations and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
- Partner with district and corporate leadership to interpret market trends, share store insights and support cross-functional initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury or fashion retail background preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate and develop teams to exceed performance objectives.
- Strong customer focus with the capacity to perform in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail systems; familiarity with omni-channel services and clienteling strategies.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; frequent bending, climbing and stockroom activity.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience within retail or service environments, with a preference for candidates who have worked in luxury or fashion retail and have a track record of driving sales and developing teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18.50 to USD 31.50 per hour.
