Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and implement category-focused strategies to achieve store revenue goals while monitoring KPIs and adjusting tactics as needed
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences consistent with Coach Service standards, acting as a brand ambassador both in-store and within the community
- Lead talent recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and development initiatives to foster a collaborative culture and build a strong talent pipeline
- Execute omni-channel and digital engagement strategies, including virtual shopping, clienteling, customer data acquisition, and social media-driven customer experience enhancements
- Oversee operational compliance including scheduling, payroll administration, HR processes, loss prevention protocols, visual merchandising standards, store safety, and vendor relationships
- Collaborate with leadership to interpret market trends, shape store strategies, and communicate insights with district and corporate teams on cross-functional projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in retail or service industries
- Luxury or fashion retail background strongly preferred
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to exceed performance standards
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems
- Knowledge of omni-channel services and clienteling strategies
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays

Experience
Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in retail or service industries. A combination of education and professional experience will be considered. Luxury or fashion background is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; college education or retail management certification preferred.
