Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the Store Manager to achieve organizational objectives.
- Monitor store performance and ensure alignment with company priorities and values.
- Manage productivity by holding the management team accountable for personal and team contributions.
- Develop and execute clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships.
- Act as a brand ambassador to drive loyalty and business through local events and initiatives.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, partnering with the Store Manager as needed.
- Evaluate team performance and provide consistent feedback for continuous development.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Oversee daily operational tasks including sales, service expectations, payroll, and loss prevention.
- Maintain store aesthetics and safety in partnership with the corporate office.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
Skills
Experience
1 to 3 years of previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
