Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager to achieve sales targets by forecasting, planning and executing category and merchandising initiatives; monitor KPIs and refine store strategy accordingly.
  • Lead by example on the sales floor to deliver Coach service standards and exceptional client experiences, including virtual shopping and clienteling.
  • Recruit, onboard, coach and develop store team members; foster a collaborative, high‑performance culture and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day store operations including scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, visual merchandising and vendor relationships to ensure operational excellence and safety.
  • Execute omnichannel initiatives and digital engagement tactics, leveraging clienteling, customer data acquisition and social media trends to drive traffic and conversion.
  • Collaborate with district and corporate leadership to interpret local market trends, share insights and implement cross‑functional projects.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury/fashion retail background preferred.
  • Proven ability to inspire, coach and motivate teams to exceed performance expectations.
  • Strong customer focus with demonstrated problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail systems; working knowledge of omni‑channel services and clienteling strategies.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Experience
