Role & Responsibilities
- Support the store management team in overseeing daily retail operations and sales activities
- Assist in inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation standards
- Train and mentor sales associates on product knowledge and customer service best practices
- Monitor point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures
- Contribute to the achievement of store sales targets and KPIs
