Coach in Aventura, Florida is hiring an Assistant Store Manager — full-time retail leadership role driving sales, service and team development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager to achieve sales targets through forecasting, category planning and dynamic execution of merchandising initiatives.
- Lead by example on the sales floor to deliver Coach service standards and elevated client experiences; act as a visible brand ambassador in-store and in the local community.
- Recruit, onboard, coach and develop retail staff; cultivate a collaborative team culture and maintain a strong talent pipeline aligned with brand values.
- Drive omni-channel engagement and clienteling activities, including virtual shopping and customer data capture to grow lifetime client value.
- Oversee operational disciplines: scheduling and payroll accuracy, HR processes, loss prevention, vendor relations and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor KPIs, interpret local market trends and share insights with district and corporate teams to inform cross-functional initiatives and store strategy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year leadership experience in retail or service environments; luxury or fashion experience preferred.
- Demonstrable ability to motivate teams to exceed performance standards and to coach for results.
- Strong customer-focus with proven conflict-resolution and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail systems; working knowledge of clienteling and omni-channel services.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally).

Experience
1+ years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; experience within luxury or fashion retail is preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and work experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Aventura, Florida, USA, with easy access to Miami.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18.50 to USD 38.25 per hour.
