Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with the Store Manager to achieve and exceed sales targets through forecasting, planning and execution of category initiatives.
- Lead by example on the sales floor to deliver Coach service standards and high‑quality customer experiences, resolving escalated customer issues promptly.
- Recruit, onboard, coach and develop retail talent; build a collaborative culture and a strong internal talent pipeline aligned with brand vision.
- Support omni‑channel operations including virtual shopping, clienteling and customer data acquisition to enhance lifetime client value.
- Monitor KPIs, adjust in‑store strategies, and leverage market and social media trends to drive traffic and conversion.
- Ensure operational excellence across scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, vendor relationships and visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with district and corporate teams to share market insights and support cross‑functional initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in retail or service environments; luxury or fashion retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrable customer focus with the ability to perform in a fast‑paced, high‑traffic retail environment.
- Proven ability to inspire, motivate and develop teams to exceed performance standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems; working knowledge of omni‑channel services and clienteling strategies.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver stockroom and sales floor.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in retail or a customer‑facing service industry; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary coursework or credential in business, retail management or a related field preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18.50 to USD 31.50 per hour.
