Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager to achieve and exceed sales targets through forecasting, planning and implementation of category and promotional initiatives.
- Lead by example on the sales floor to deliver Coach service standards and exceptional client experiences across in‑store and virtual touchpoints.
- Recruit, onboard, coach and develop store team members; create a high‑performing, collaborative culture and build a sustainable talent pipeline.
- Operate and promote omni‑channel initiatives including virtual shopping, clienteling and digital engagement to acquire and retain customers.
- Oversee operational compliance: scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, vendor relations and visual merchandising execution.
- Partner with district and corporate teams to analyse market trends, share store insights and support cross‑functional projects.
- Maintain store safety and upkeep of both sales floor and stockroom; perform regular physical tasks including lifting (25–50 lbs) and stock handling.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience in retail or service environments; luxury or fashion retail background preferred.
- Proven ability to inspire, motivate and coach teams to achieve performance and customer service objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common retail systems; practical knowledge of omni‑channel services and clienteling strategies.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; ability to perform regular physical duties.

Experience
At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience in retail or customer-facing service; demonstrable track record of managing store operations, coaching teams, and contributing to omni‑channel sales growth. Luxury or fashion retail experience is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; postsecondary coursework or a degree in business, retail management or a related discipline preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
