Coach is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Atlanta, Georgia. Lead sales, team development and omni‑channel retail operations at Lenox Square.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager to achieve sales targets through forecasting, planning and execution of category initiatives; monitor KPIs and adapt store strategies accordingly.
- Deliver exceptional, brand‑standard customer service and act as an in‑store ambassador for Coach in the community.
- Recruit, onboard, coach and develop sales floor talent; create a collaborative environment and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Drive omni‑channel engagement including virtual shopping, clienteling and customer data acquisition; leverage social media trends to enhance customer interactions.
- Ensure operational excellence: enforce policies, manage scheduling and payroll, oversee loss prevention, maintain visual merchandising standards and vendor relationships.
- Partner with district and corporate leadership to interpret market trends, contribute insights and support cross‑functional projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in retail or service environments; luxury/fashion retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams to exceed performance expectations.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to perform in a fast‑paced, high‑traffic retail environment.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail systems; familiarity with clienteling and omni‑channel tools.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays; ability to lift regularly 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally).

Experience
At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in retail or a service industry; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of relevant education and retail leadership experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18.50 to USD 38.25 per hour.
