Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, margin goals and KPIs through daily coaching and performance management.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional clienteling, personalized service and elevated in-store experiences.
  • Oversee store operations including visual merchandising, inventory control, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Manage cashiering, opening/closing procedures and cash reconciliations to ensure accurate financial controls.
  • Implement corporate promotions, product launches and local marketing initiatives while maintaining brand standards.
  • Recruit, train and develop staff; conduct performance reviews and create development plans to build bench strength.
  • Analyze sales metrics and floor performance to identify opportunities and execute corrective actions.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead and develop a retail sales team with a focus on coaching and accountability.
  • Strong commercial acumen and demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; polished client-facing presence appropriate to luxury retail.
  • Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by store schedule.
  • Legal authorization to work in the hiring country.

Experience

Typically 3+ years of retail experience, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role within apparel, accessories or luxury retail.
