Coach Shanghai Daimaru seeks a Retail Management Trainee to develop leadership capabilities through hands-on retail operations training and mentorship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop foundational retail management capabilities through structured on-the-floor training and mentorship
- Assist with daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales floor coordination
- Support the store management team in executing brand standards and operational procedures
- Participate in training initiatives to build expertise in customer service excellence and product knowledge
- Contribute to the achievement of store performance targets and KPIs under management guidance
