Role & Responsibilities
- Support the global merchandising team in the development and execution of merchandising strategies for women's small leather goods and accessories in the outlet division.
- Assist in analyzing sales data and market trends to inform decision-making processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and sales to ensure alignment with merchandising objectives.
- Prepare and maintain merchandising reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of product assortments and seasonal line plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
- Previous internship or experience in merchandising or retail preferred.
