Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs through day‑to‑day leadership and hands‑on selling.
  • Coach, mentor and develop boutique staff to elevate product knowledge, clienteling and conversion rates.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain presentation to brand guidelines.
  • Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving and cycle counts to minimise shrink and ensure product availability.
  • Manage store operations including staff scheduling, cash handling, POS transactions, opening/closing procedures and loss prevention.
  • Resolve client escalations and ensure an exceptional, personalized client experience across all touchpoints.
  • Support local marketing and community initiatives to grow client base and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory or team‑lead experience in retail, preferably within luxury fashion or accessories.
  • Demonstrable sales record with ability to coach to measurable performance improvements.
