Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs through day‑to‑day leadership and hands‑on selling.

- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving and cycle counts to minimise shrink and ensure product availability.
- Manage store operations including staff scheduling, cash handling, POS transactions, opening/closing procedures and loss prevention.
- Resolve client escalations and ensure an exceptional, personalized client experience across all touchpoints.
- Support local marketing and community initiatives to grow client base and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or team‑lead experience in retail, preferably within luxury fashion or accessories.
- Demonstrable sales record with ability to coach to measurable performance improvements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑first orientation.
- Strong organisational ability and attention to operational detail (cash handling, shifts, inventory).
- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
