Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement allocation strategies across distribution and store levels to maximize financial performance for Coachtopia and strategic initiatives
- Analyze and manage inventory levels continuously, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize stock positioning
- Collaborate with Planning Partners to communicate allocation strategies, align buying approaches, and ensure cross-functional coordination
- Drive consistency and best practices across the allocation team while supporting special projects through systems adoption and process improvements
- Manage large datasets and generate reports using allocation systems, MicroStrategy, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–2 years of experience with allocation and reporting systems such as AllocateSmart, MicroStrategy, or SAP
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities with ability to manage complex datasets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact effectively across organizational levels
