Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations and assume full supervisory accountability in the absence of the Store Manager, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and shift coordination.
- Coach, develop and motivate sales associates to deliver exceptional clienteling and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage the sales floor and stockroom activities: merchandise presentation, replenishment, pricing, and inventory integrity.
- Resolve customer escalations professionally and safeguard brand standards for client experience and service recovery.
- Support loss prevention and compliance with company policies, local labor regulations and safety procedures.
- Drive execution of visual merchandising directives and ensure the selling environment reflects brand cues and seasonal campaigns.
- Provide actionable feedback, conduct performance conversations, and participate in talent development and scheduling.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or lead experience in a retail or luxury environment, with demonstrated ability to coach and develop frontline talent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to give direct, constructive feedback and manage conflict with diplomacy.
- Customer-focused with a track record of delivering high-quality client experiences and achieving sales results.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changeable environment and making decisions with incomplete information.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and move throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays.

Experience
Previous retail experience with supervisory responsibilities is required; experience within a luxury or premium fashion brand is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in business, retail, or a related field is preferred.
