Coach is hiring an Acting Lead Supervisor in San Juan, Puerto Rico — lead the retail team, coach staff and maintain store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership of the store team in the absence of the regular manager, ensuring sales targets and operational standards are met.
- Coach, develop and provide performance feedback to sales associates; conduct on-floor training and support career development.
- Drive customer engagement and ensure exceptional clienteling and service standards across the sales floor.
- Manage store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, POS oversight, inventory counts, stockroom organization and loss-prevention procedures.
- Execute merchandising and visual presentation directives to maintain brand standards and support commercial priorities.
- Monitor sales metrics, support goal planning, and take corrective action to meet revenue and conversion objectives.
Qualifications
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend and maneuver across the sales floor and stockroom.
- Proven leadership capability with a results-oriented approach and strong interpersonal skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States and availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education preferred).

Experience
Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity within a specialty or luxury retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or retail management coursework preferred.
